Delete your Catch & Dash account

You only have an account if you used Play with friends. Offline play stores nothing on our servers, so there is nothing to delete.

Fastest: delete it in the app

  1. Open Catch & Dash.
  2. Tap Play with friends.
  3. Sign in if you are not signed in already.
  4. Tap Account, then Delete account.
  5. Confirm. You will be asked to sign in once more to prove it is you.

You cannot delete your account while you are in a game that is still running. Finish or leave the game first. Leaving a game before it ends is recorded as a loss for that game.

If you cannot use the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete the account for you:

Include: the email address or Google account you signed in with.

We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from that email address, because that is the only way we can tell the account is yours.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in account, including the email address or Google identity
  • Your account identifier
  • Your online win/loss record
  • The link between you and any game you played
  • Your seat in any room, and any unused join tickets
  • Games other people also played in, with no link to you. Their own records would otherwise become wrong.
  • An internal note that a deletion was carried out, so the job is not repeated. It is removed within 30 days.

How long it takes

Your sign-in account is removed first, so you are signed out immediately and cannot be signed in again. The rest runs as a background job and retries until it finishes. Deletion of a finished game's detailed data follows the normal 7-day schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

This cannot be undone

There is no way to restore a deleted account or its record. If you sign up again later with the same email address, you start with an empty record.

Anything stored only on your phone — settings, your saved offline game, your offline record — is removed when you uninstall the app.
